This is very well written.  We sell a service, not a product, and if we're good at our jobs and love what we're doing, we very carefully try to match our clients with that which best meets their needs, hopes and dreams - at a price they can afford.  There's nothing in it for us if we fail at our job description!  And then we try to make the whole process as smooth and seamless as we can!
